Data Capture – Webforms
A primary way to capture prospect information is through the use of a personalized webform (or multiple webforms) that is easily integrated into your website. By developing your custom database and deciding which questions you want to appear on your webform(s), you can quickly create and change the data you want to capture.
Highlights of Webforms:
- Create one or more webforms to capture desired data
- All information is automatically saved to your UFollowUp database
- The webform(s) can easily be integrated throughout your website
- Decide the order of questions and whether they are required
- Extensive control over the look of the webform(s), including: fonts, sizes, background colors/graphics and more
- When people register on your website, a notification with the prospect’s information is immediately sent to you
- Also, after registration a personalized series of communications – including emails, letters and phone call reminders is launched (see the Automated Communications section for more information)
