Data Capture – Manual Entry

If you have a sales center or other place where you collect prospect leads, they can quickly and easily be entered into your UFollowUp account.  

Highlights of Manual Entry:

• Quickly enter in the information of your walk-in/collected prospects
  
• Fill in the information that you have collected about them
  
• Enter in their “Status” which indicates where they are in the sales cycle
  
• The “Status” you enter then automatically starts a series of personalized communications – including emails, letters and phone call reminders is launched (see the Automated Communications section for more information)
