Reporting - Individual Account Histories
As information changes about your prospects and clients, there is one easy way to find out everything that has occurred with that person. The Individual Account History page lets you know all of the demographic information, such as name, email, address, phone; any specialized database fields that you have captured about them; as well as a running log of all the Action Items and Notes that have been performed. This allows everyone within your organization to quickly and easily see basically every bit of communication that has occurred.
Highlights of Individual Account Histories:
- Provides all demographic information that has been collected, and allows you to update it as necessary
- Captures answers to database questions that you have collected about the person
- Provides a complete history of all Action Items that have been done with the prospect, such as emails sent, phone calls made, and more
- Allows you to update the “Status” of the prospect as the move through the sales cycle, which then automatically starts a new series of personalized Action Items
- Account Histories can be downloaded as an Excel file
- Allow everyone to view histories, or limit access to desired individuals
