Communication Tools - Email & Letter Creation
Creating and sending highly-graphic HTML emails is a core competency of UFollowUp. We make it simple to create eye catching emails – without needing to know anything about graphics or HTML programming. These emails can be sent as part of an automated series, or as a targeted broadcast email and they take just moments to create. In addition, letters that can be opened as a Word document (and then further customized) and then printed out to send to prospects can be created as well.
Highlights of Email Creation:
- A default graphic style is created for each client – typically it is created by the advertising agency (although UFollowUp can provide these services if necessary) and matches the branded look of the website
- Users create new messages by simply typing in their text and it automatically “snaps” to the graphic style
- Emails can also be personalized to include the title, first and last name of the recipient
- New HTML email messages are created without sales people/management needing to know anything about graphic design
- If desired, additional graphic templates can be used as well
- Also, you can quickly create a letter version of your templates as well which can be used for mailings
