UFollowUp works because it is simple to use.  Minimal computer skills are needed to quickly and easily be up and running.  All the pages within UFollowUp are designed to be easy: graphics are big and bold (get used to the color orange!) so that you know what step you need to do next.  There are minimal items to do on any one page so that it does not get confusing.  So while there are many powerful applications, anyone can quickly master them!
