Reporting - Demographic Reports

The Demographic Report provides a numerical and percentage summary of your database so you can easily see traffic and usage patterns.  It is a great way to get quick yet detailed snapshots of all of the data that you collect.

Highlights of Demographic Reports

• Receive reports of the number and percentage of people of all of your database fields
  
• So, for instance, this report will tell you how many people (and what percent) make up the different Statuses you have
  
• Provides the data for everyone in the database, as well as by a time frame of your choosing (for instance, the last week or month)
  
• You can also now automatically have the Demographic Report emailed to you every week or month (see Auto-Send Reports for more detail)
