Not only does UFollowUp allow you to capture your prospect and customer data, but it also serves as a very easy way to track them as they move through your designated sales cycle. And, as people move through the sales cycle, a personalized series of communications is automatically launched based upon where they are. UFollowUp makes it easy to update the sales “Status” of your prospects which then launches the “Schedule” of Action Items that allows for personalized communications. This series of reminders is done through our Dashboard – the daily ‘one-stop-shop’ that lets your users know what actions need to be done for specific clients.
