When your prospects are entered into UFollowUp a unique “Status” is assigned to each person. So, for instance, a prospect fills out a webform and is given the Status of a Web Prospect. Once they are added a personalized series of Action Items – such as emails, phone call reminders, letters and more – is automatically launched. UFollowUp works with you to easily develop these series of Action Items, and then your users are able to track and indicate when these different milestones have been achieved using the Dashboard system. Your users can then easily update the Status of their prospects as they move through the sales cycle, which in turn will launch a brand new series of personalized Action Items. It takes just moments to update a prospect’s status and launch this new series.
