Training

Once your UFollowUp account is set-up, typically only one or two training sessions are needed to have your company up and running.  The training sessions may include:

• Training session for Management, who likely have access to certain features that others do not

• Training sessions with sales people/every day users, which often focus on just the UFollowUp basics, such as data entry and updating prospect information

Training is done either in person or online, depending upon company location.  Either way, training rarely takes longer than 1 hour and is an interactive experience.
