After training there are always questions – but typically not as many as you would expect, since UFollowUp is so easy to use.  But we encourage your questions and truly believe that no question is too silly!  Our goal is for your team to feel completely comfortable with the system so that it is used EVEYRDAY!  We often find that after the first couple weeks of usage most users are extremely comfortbale using UFollowUp.

Of course, though, we are here for any questions.  We are available regular business hours.  So please call or email us and we will help out right away to make sure that your questions are answered to your satisfaction.
