The security of your data is a top priority for UFollowUp. In order for UFollowUp to be an effective tool for you, it requires that the entire organization submit data regarding community and prospect information. And you can be assured that UFollowUp has been designed so that your information is only available to the exact people you choose.

UFollowUp will not sell the personal information such as name, phone number, or email address of any client's prospects or buyers to anyone.

UFollowUp utilizes the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. Our hosting facility utilizes an advanced security system so that your data will be completely inaccessible to outsiders. This facility has motion and contact sensors on all doors and windows, with 24/7 security monitoring. The latest firewall technology detects any intruders.

The servers are protected from power loss by battery backup systems, and they are also monitored real-time for virus infections. All data is backed up on a nightly basis and stored off-site. We focus on working in a standardized application development environment to be able to react quickly to today's high profile "hackers".

UFollowUp provides each User in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. A "cookie" is used only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user.

UFollowUp does not use "cookies" to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.  All the web pages are securely ‘channelized’ based on user roles, ensuring that confidential data is never accessible by the public domain
