UFollowUp works with you closely to help get your account set-up so that it works exactly as you would like.  Every client is different – from the data fields you want to collect to what types of communications you want to deliver.  We help walk you through all of these issues and much more so that everyone on your team benefits.

And there may be multiple groups that need to be involved in getting your account set-up, such as: different layers of management, advertising agencies, sales & marketing companies, website agencies and more.  We understand the issues involved and work with you to make it as seamless a process as possible.

Here are the steps needed to get a UFollowUp account up and running

• We work with you to personalize your database
• You (or ad/web agency) provide graphic email template(s) and follow-up email/letter campaigns
• Integrate UFollowUp-powered web form(s) into your website
• Provide us with existing database to import
• In-person or online training session
• You can be up and running in a few days!
